SBT PRotect Kft is looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify new sales leads
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
  • Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products/solutions
  • Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Set commercial terms and prepare draft contracts
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Continuously improve through feedback
  • Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 2-4 years of industrial sales experience
  • Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization as well as tailored to the audience needs
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and working knowledge of CRM systems
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Fluent in Hungarian and English, German is a plus
  • Driving licence (category B)
