Are you passionate about the technical aspects of security systems? Do you want to learn from experts and leverage your potential by providing technical support to customers and colleagues? What will you do? Technical support roles (CCTV, alarm systems, intercoms…) include the following tasks:
- Providing technical support to customers to resolve their issues
- Collaborating with the sales team to identify and address technical issues
- Developing security system solutions
- Monitoring global market trends, selecting, and testing equipment
- Participating in training programs for colleagues, customers, and security system installers
- Creating and maintaining technical training materials
- Attending conferences and international trade fairs
- High school diploma in a technical field (preferably electrical engineering)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with security systems it can be 1-2 within some similar field but for now we would need industry experience
- Strong sense of responsibility, independence, and initiative
- Well-developed problem-solving skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Willingness for continuous improvement
- Proficiency in English (at least B2 level)
- Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite
- Teamwork orientation
